Flu Vaccine Clinics

The CCHD will only offer injectable vaccines at each clinic.
The CCHD is located at 601 Westtown Road, West Chester. Call CCHD at 1-800-692-1100 with any questions. Walk in clinic hours are Tuesdays and Fridays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesdays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A parent/guardian must accompany a student and should bring the child’s vaccination records.
