Public Meetings are held in-person at the Spellman Education Center, 782 Springdale Drive, Exton, PA. Any changes will be duly advertised. Public members may attend the meetings in person or watch the meeting live-streamed on the WCASD YouTube Channel.
Persons who wish to attend meetings and need accommodations should contact Linda Cherashore, Board Secretary, at 484-266-1018 by the Wednesday before the meeting.
School Board Meeting Agendas: Current public meeting agendas will be posted prior to the scheduled meeting (24 hours before). School Board public meeting agenda packets are housed on boarddocs.
School Board Meeting Minutes: Compiled by the School Board Secretary, these official meeting minutes will not be posted until the following month after Board approval. The official Board Meeting Minutes include all of the agenda items and actions taken by the Board and is the official record of the meeting as required by Pennsylvania School Code.
Meetings are recorded as a service to the community and can be found on the Latest Meeting Video webpage. The recordings are not intended to be an official record.
