Please note:  You may incur expenses between July 1st to September 15th each year, however, you will only be able to use your Businessolver Flex Card between July 1st to June 30th.   If you have money remaining in your flex account after June 30th, you will need to submit a claim form and your receipt to be reimbursed.   You can submit claim forms (for expenses incurred between July 1st and September 15th) and receipts until December 15th.  Remember, what you do not use, you lose.
