We are using ML Schedules for online scheduling of all facilities. Please note the information below to guide you through the process.
Register for an Account
To reserve a space and create an account, please click the icon or link below.
Teachers, please contact your building secretary for building use. All new user groups require district approval.
Availability at a Glance
If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, additional fees may be charged to offset associated costs. Any organization using district facilities must have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District.
Non-Profit organizations, please upload an IRS Certificate of Non-Profit.
After your account is approved, you can start making facility reservations by clicking the icon or link below.
Save or print the approval email of your event as that will be considered your permit or “Facility Use Approval Letter” and must be provided upon request when you are using the facility.
