Meeting Details
Public meetings are held in person at the Spellman Education Center, 782 Springdale Drive, Exton, PA. Meetings are also live-streamed on the WCASD YouTube Channel. Any changes will be advertised in advance.

If you need accommodations to attend, please contact Linda Cherashore, Board Secretary, at 484-266-1018 by the Wednesday before the meeting.

Agendas and Minutes

  • Agendas: Posted 24 hours before each meeting on Keystone Agenda.
  • Minutes: Approved minutes, including all agenda items and Board actions, are posted the following month as the official record per Pennsylvania School Code.

Video recordings of meetings are available on the WCASD YouTube Channel. These recordings are for community reference and are not an official record.

School Board Committees & Meetings

The School Board operates under a committee structure. Committees meet as needed to discuss agenda items and provide updates on specific areas. Committee chairs and members are appointed by the Board President after the annual election in December.
