WCASD Names New Principal and Assistant Principal at Rustin High School
The West Chester Area School District is proud to announce the selection of two dynamic leaders to key roles at Rustin High School. Dr. Margaret “Maggie” Hunt has been named the next Principal of Rustin High School, and Dr. Tricia Crouse-Pardini has been selected as an Assistant Principal. Both selections were approved at the School Board Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025.
Dr. Maggie Hunt brings nearly two decades of experience in education and a deep commitment to student growth, instructional excellence, and cultivating positive school culture. She currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Unionville High School, where she has led academic departments, overseen testing coordination, and supported college and career readiness initiatives. Dr. Hunt is known for her collaborative leadership style, her focus on fostering strong school communities, and her ability to inspire both students and staff.
Dr. Hunt holds a Doctorate of Education from Immaculata University, a Master of Education from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hardin-Simmons University. Her passion for creating inclusive learning environments and empowering students to reach their full potential will serve the Rustin community well.
“It is an honor to serve as the next principal of Rustin High School,” said Dr. Hunt. “I look forward to working alongside students, families, and staff to build on the school’s strong tradition of excellence while ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.”

Joining her as an Assistant Principal is Dr. Tricia Crouse-Pardini, who currently serves in the same role at Penn Wood High School. Dr. Crouse-Pardini brings a thoughtful, student-centered approach to leadership, with extensive experience in professional development, school safety, and student support services. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building strong relationships with students, families, and staff, and for fostering environments where all learners can thrive.
Dr. Crouse-Pardini earned her Doctorate in Education from Cabrini University, a Master of Education from Cabrini University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. Her commitment to student success and positive school culture aligns perfectly with Rustin’s values.
“I am incredibly excited to join the team at Rustin High School and the West Chester Area School District as a new assistant principal,” said Dr. Crouse-Pardini. “I am truly honored to join a school that fosters such a positive culture and demonstrates a strong commitment to student success. I can’t wait to meet our amazing students, staff, and families!”
