NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the following contracts:
Contract No. 25-002 Soil Amendments and Field Supplies
Sealed bids for West Chester Area School District, 2025 Soil Amendments and Field Supplies for Athletic Fields within the West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.pennbid.net ) by West Chester School District until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid and read aloud at the Facilities and Operations Center Building, 1181 McDermott Dr, West Chester, PA 19380.
All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. The winning bidder shall agree to guarantee the bid price(s) for a period of nine (9) months starting March 1, 2024. Winning bidders may extend the bid price guarantee by written permission to the District.
All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net) and will become available starting January 24, 2025, after 10:00 AM via PennBid.
All questions will be received through the PennBid solicitation until Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 12:00 Noon.
The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the West Chester East High School in West Chester, PA for the following contracts:
Proposal No. 25-001 Interior Painting and Misc Finish Work
Sealed bids for West Chester Area School District, West Chester East High School – Interior Painting and Misc Finish Work Project within the West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.pennbid.net ) by West Chester School District until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid and read aloud at the Facilities and Operations Center Building, 1181 McDermott Dr, West Chester, PA 19380.
All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor’s Qualification Statement. Bids must remain in force for sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening and may be rejected any time prior to the expiration of said date.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District and shall be included in the contractor’s bid amount.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the West Chester East High School, 450 Ellis Lane, West Chester, PA 19380.
