Blue Cross Coverage for COVID-19 Testing
For all Employees enrolled in the District’s Independence Blue Cross (IBC) Medical Plan, we know that there are many questions regarding coverage for COVID-19 testing. Please refer to the documents below for information:

Caremark CVS Coverage for Over the Counter COVID-19 Tests
Effective January 15, 2022, coverage for up to 8 at-home tests per member per calendar month will be processed through the district’s CVS/Caremark prescription drug benefit. Members can either submit receipts to Caremark for reimbursement or present their CVS/Caremark prescription ID card to acquire COVID tests at a participating CVS/Caremark pharmacy at no cost.
