District Leadership
Dr. David Christopher
For the past 27 years, Dr. Christopher has served as a teacher or administrator in Pennsylvania's public schools. He has experience working in both small, rural districts and in large, suburban ones. Dr. Christopher is a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Juniata College. He received his Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Shippensburg University.

Dr. Kalia M. Reynolds
Dr. Reynolds has been a special education teacher, assistant principal, principal, and elementary director. She finished her doctoral work in educational leadership at the University of Delaware. Her Master’s degree is in counseling psychology from Temple University and undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in special education and psychology.

Dr. James M. Conley
With over 25 years of experience in education, including serving as the Assistant Superintendent at Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, Dr. Conley is a leader known for his dedication to academic performance and innovation in secondary education. In his most recent role, Dr. Conley played a pivotal role in the development of the strategic plan. Prior to his role as Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Conley served as the principal at Unionville-Chadds Ford High School.
