2025-2028 Comprehensive Plan

Comprehensive Plan Student Speaker stands to address group

At the West Chester Area School District, our mission is to educate and inspire every student to achieve their personal best. This mission drives our 2025-28 Comprehensive Plan, which we have developed with input from stakeholders including students, staff, families, and community members.

This plan is our pathway for the next three years, outlining key priorities and goals to ensure our district continues to thrive. Below, you’ll find information on the four major goal areas, details about the planning process, and opportunities to review and provide feedback on the draft plan.

2025-28 Comprehensive and Associated Plans Drafts

Our district is committed to continuous improvement and future-focused planning. Over the past several months, we have worked with stakeholders—including educators, families, students, administrators, and community members—to develop our 2025-28 Comprehensive Plan.

We are now sharing the draft plan and associated documents for a 28-day public review period. We invite our community to review the plan and provide feedback before it is presented to the WCASD School Board for review and potential approval. Once approved, the final plan will be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Thank you for taking the time to engage in this process! Your feedback is valuable in shaping the future of WCASD, and to share it please contact Dr. Kalia Reynolds, Deputy Superintendent, at kreynolds@wcasd.net
