At the West Chester Area School District, our mission is to educate and inspire every student to achieve their personal best. This mission drives our 2025-28 Comprehensive Plan, which we are developing with input from stakeholders including students, staff, families, and community members.
This plan is our pathway for the next three years, outlining key priorities and goals to ensure our district continues to thrive. Below, you’ll find information on the four major goal areas, details about the planning process, and opportunities to review and provide feedback on the draft plan.

Timeline and Input
- February 2025: Draft Comprehensive Plan presented to the School Board.
- February-March 2025: Draft available for public review and feedback.
- March 2025: Final plan submitted for School Board approval and then to the state.
