    The PTO is a collaboration of parent volunteers, teachers and administrators working together to organize fun events, exciting activities and provide resources to ensure the students have a rewarding and unforgettable experience at Westtown-Thornbury. The PTO uses a platform called PTBoard to communicate with parents. The benefits of PTBoard are:

    • To reduce paper use, our communication will mainly be via email distributed by the website.

    • Emails will be sent via PTBoard with all major announcements; but the information will always be there whenever you log in.

    • Once you sign up, you will have access to the school directory (a great way to schedule playdates or ask classroom-based questions).

    • YOU get to choose what information is visible to other members; our school has a unique code to sign up and all sign-up requests will be reviewed and approved by the PTO staff.

    • AND you will be able to register and pay for PTO events ONLINE!

    • You will need this code for the 2021-2022 school year: KSJVXY .  If you have already registered on the website, you do not need to do this again.

    The website is user-friendly but here are the directions:

    • Click on “sign-up” in the upper right corner.

    • Enter your name, email, and create a password.

    • Click “yes” in the pop-up box to indicate that you are a parent.

    • Enter the code above and click “join”.

    • Check your email for a verification email from PTBoard.

      •  IMPORTANT: Click the “confirm and enroll” button to complete your registration.
