Seniors and Senior Parents,

  • Monday, June 6 – No Senior events

Tuesday, June 7 – Graduation Practice at 7:30 AM (Main Gym)

    • Seniors report to alphabetical homeroom. No special homerooms today.
    • Mandatory for all Seniors planning to walk at the graduation ceremony
    • Students will receive tickets for indoors (2) and outdoors (4) at practice.  All six tickets will allow guests into the stadium.  DO NOT LOSE THESE TICKETS AS NO ADDITIONAL TICKET REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.

Wednesday, June 8 – Graduation Rain or Shine

We will do everything that we can to hold the graduation ceremony outside.  If the graduation is held outside, we are able to accommodate all of our graduates’ family members and friends. An inside graduation is limited to two tickets per graduate.  Every attempt will be made to hold a morning graduation at 10 A.M.  We will communicate the time the night before based upon the weather reports and will only hold an inside graduation if June 8 is a complete washout.

    • Plan A – 10:00 a.m. in the stadium (graduates report to main gym at 8:45 a.m.)
      • This will be announced the night before graduation if there is no rain in the forecast.
      • ***If it looks like it will rain all day, the ceremony will take place inside (to be announced the night before)
    • Plan B – 1:00 p.m. in the stadium (graduates report to main gym at 11:45 a.m.)
      • This will be announced the night before graduation. If the forecast looks like it will clear by midday, we will hold the graduation outside at 1:00 p.m.
    • Plan C – 6:00 p.m. in the stadium (graduates report to the main gym @ 4:45 p.m.)
      • If the forecast looks like rain all day and will clear by early evening, we will announce the night before that graduation will take place outside at 6:00.
    • Plan D – 6:00 P.M. Inside (weather is iffy all day– graduates report to the aux gym at 4:45)
      • This announcement would be decided no later than 3:00 P.M during the day of graduation.
    • ALL OBLIGATIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A DIPLOMA AT GRADUATION.
    • Dress code will be enforced.  No jeans, shorts, sneakers, flip-flops, or tee-shirts.  Dress pants and shoes, collared shirt for boys.   Dress shoes and pants or skirt with blouse for girls.

    Sincerely,

    Dr. Jason Sherlock, Principal
