Living in the community where I work is an awesome experience! I love seeing the kids in their places of employment, stores, or at the Y getting in a workout. Whether at school or in the community, I’m constantly reminded of just how great our WC East students are.

My wife and I grew up in West Chester, and my family (wife and two kids) has lived in the borough since 2001; we are DubC! I began my career in education in the mid-90’s and have loved every minute of this profession. Over the years, I’ve coached four different sports, taught all grade levels, served as a Fugett assistant principal, and am thrilled to be here at East as the principal. East is a special place, and I’m proud to be part of a talented and committed group of student-centered professionals all striving to foster a learning environment grounded in student growth.
 
As educators, we all wake up in the morning to work with and for the students, and I wouldn’t change my professional lot in life for anything!
