Bulletin Board Submission
Requirements Before Submiting a Request
In order to place an electronic flyer on the WCASD electronic Community Bulletin Board, there are several criteria which must be met. Please carefully review School Board Policy 913AG1 if you have additional questions.
The WCASD reserves the right to assign any flyer to any category as deemed appropriate. Be sure all required information is provided on the electronic posting application. This includes the start date and expiration date, whether the event is for-profit or nonprofit, your name, phone, and e-mail contact information.
** Please note that in accordance with school board policy 913ag1 - Dissemination by nonschool organizations, groups or individuals, all non-district flyers must include the following disclaimer:
"The West Chester Area School District does not sponsor or sanction this program/activity/event."
"El distrito escolar del área de West Chester no patrocina ni sanciona este evento."

Submission Instructions:

Ensure your flyer is saved as a PDF file. Do not submit PNG, JPEG, or other image formats.

Once your PDF flyer is ready, email it to: communitybulletins@wcasd.net

Please do not contact individual schools with requests to distribute electronic or hard copies of flyers.
