Summer League Basketball

The Summer League Basketball is now open. You can register online (wcccsports.org) or fill out the application.
The season starts on June 14, 2026 to August 17, 2026. Games are Sunday afternoon outside the center.

New League Divisions:

  • 3rd–4th Grade Division
  • 5th–6th Grade Division
  • 7th–8th Grade Division
  • 9th–12th Grade Division

(maximum age of 17 at the start of the season)

Presentation with Noah Lewis as Ned Hector

Join East and West Goshen Townships on February 25 for a free America 250 educational presentation featuring reenactor Noah Lewis, who brings to life local African-American patriot Ned Hector and his pivotal role in Revolutionary War battles throughout the region.

*This event is free of charge but requires advance registration.
Other events are available to filled salute to America 250.

Vikings Summer Baseball Camp

Varsity Vikings Summer Camp | June 22–26

Open to players entering grades 2–9, this camp runs daily from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (early care available at 8:00 a.m.). Campers will receive hands-on coaching, participate in live game play and daily skill competitions, and receive a personalized data report at week’s end. See Flyer for more information!

Cost: $300 per camper (Early Bird Special: $275 if registered by April 1).

School's Off Day Camp

First Presbyterian Church of West Chester is excited to offer a Winter Olympics themed School's Off Day Camp on Monday, February 16 from 9 am to 3:30 pm. Wondering how your kids can practice ski jumping, curling, ice hockey and bobsledding all in the church building? We have some ideas: send your kids to us on their day off of school and they'll discover how during a great day of fun. More information can be found on our sign-up page.

Bat Kid for West Chester East Baseball

The West Chester East Varsity Baseball Team is excited to invite students in grades 3–5 to become official Bat Kids for the 2026 season! This is a fun and unique opportunity to be part of the action, spend time in the dugout with our Viking players, and experience home games from the best seat in the house.

Interested students should complete the Google Form, (including the SignUpGenius to reserve a spot).

Meet the Overnight Camp Directors of YMCA of the Pines!
Join us for an opportunity to meet the dedicated leaders behind Camp Ockanickon for Boys and Camp Matollionequay for Girls. Learn about our overnight camp programs, ask questions, and discover how we create a safe, supportive, and unforgettable summer experience for every camper.

WEST CHESTER Basketball Holiday SKILLS & DRILLS

All students in grades K – 8 can register to attend! The West Chester varsity boys basketball coaches are teaming up again to offer separate clinic dates this winter. During these sessions, the coaching staff will put the kids through the same drills as our varsity teams do. Children will be grouped by age, gender, and skill. We will primarily focus on skill development during the sessions. 

Friday, December 26th – day after Xmas, at WC East from 1:30pm – 3pm
Friday, January 2nd – day after New Years, at WC Henderson from 1:30pm – 3pm
Monday, February 16th – President’s Day, at WC Henderson from 1:30pm – 3pm

Level Up Nights

Join us on Second Fridays from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Charles A Melton Center, 501 E. Miner Street, WC. Ages 6-12 get their own hangout zone with games, crafts, and play space. Ages 13-17 have a teen lounge with music and chill areas to kick back in. Oh, and there's DOUBLE DUTCH for all!

Science Explorers

Science Explorers provides engaging, hands-on after-school STEM clubs, summer camps, and other programs for elementary-aged children in grades 1-5. Our mission is to make science fun and spark a passion for discovery through interactive and inquiry-based learning. We offer 4 sessions: August 12, 2025 to October 31, 2025; November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; January 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026; March 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026.

Shoes for the Homeless

Shoes for the Homeless Volunteer Youth Ambassador Program is open to all students aged 13 to 18. They can earn 24+ community service hours, learn leadership skills, and build their college resume' by helping the homeless in their area.
