  • The American Helicopter Museum is presenting several week-long Summer programs for students  6–12 years old. Students will explore the outer reaches of space, and learn how big space is, the power of the Sun, and many other facts.

  • Chester County Arts Association presents "BRUSHSTROKES & STORYLINES". Classes will be held every Tuesday, beginning 6/18 through 8/23 at 4:30 pm. This is a free series for students kindergarten through 8th grade and features local authors and illustrators who have brought captivating children's and teen books to life. Your student can delve into the creative process behind writing and illustrating these stories.

  • Chester County Arts Association will be running a "Kid's Yoga Camp" for ages 5 to 17 years of age. Classes begin 6/26 and run through to 7/12. Classes will be held at the Chester County Arts Association Building.

  • West Goshen Township Parks is presenting its "Summer Activity Guide", which includes a summer full of fun activities and events for students and families. The events go all the way through Sunday, August 25th.

  •  Come out and show your patriotic pride on July 4th at West Goshen Community Park for the annual "Decorated Bike Parade" on Thursday, July 4th at 10:00 am. Prizes will be based on creativity, effort, and patriotic themes. Children ages 1 month to 11 years of age can register for free. Rain date on Saturday, July 6th.

  • LAFA is opening their Fall registration to students ages 7 through 13 years of age for Flag Football, Tackle Football, and Cheerleading. All programs will be held at Kelly Field, with state-of-the-art equipment and certified coaches to create a safe environment. They now have Girls NFL Flag Football for the 2024 Season too!!

  • The Chester County Art Association is giving Scholarships for its Arts Summer Camp, which will run from June 17th through August 23rd. The program offers a variety of classes for students ages 5 through 17 years of age.

  • East Goshen Park is inviting all teens to participate in it's annual "Art Walk and Teen Art Competition" on Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This years theme will be "Embracing our Difference". All mediums are welcome.

  • The YMWIC (Young Men and Women in Charge) foundation will be running a STEAM and Language Arts Camp (SP)for all upcoming 1st through 8th grade students. The camp will be run 6/17 through 7/25 Mondays through Thursdays at Henderson High School.

  • West Chester University is running a Summer Basketball Camp for ages 6 through 15 years of age. There are several sessions throughout the summer beginning June 17th. All classes will be held at Hollinger Field House on campus.

  • Join DubC NFL Flag Co-Ed Youth Football League  for a fast-paced game in a non-contact environment, where players not only learn the fundamentals and skills of football, but many life skills as well. 3 Divisions: Division 1 - grades K & 1; Division 2 - grades 2 & 3; Division 3 - grades 4, 5 & 6. Spring Season Registration is open until April 6. Register for the Fall Season in June

  • Chester County Night School is running Summer Band Camp for upcoming 5th through 8th grade students with 1 year of band experience the week of 7/15 through 7/19 from 9am to 12pm. Students will participate in group lessons, ensemble playing, and will have opportunities for jazz participation.

  • Sunset Valley Farm is proud to be “the Home of Happy Horses,” and we are excited for you to join us at our Fun-Filled Horseback Riding Summer Camp. Our summer camp is for children ages 5 to 13 and runs for half a day (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.). Extended day schedules (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) are available.

  • Come and join the Appalachia Service Project this summer from June 22nd to June 29th. All  Youth and Adult volunteers are welcome. Come and make homes warmer, safer, and drier in West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky, and learn construction skills and building meaningful relationships.

  • Shoes for the Homeless Volunteer Youth Ambassador Program is open to all students aged 13 to 18. They can earn 24+ community service hours, learn leadership skills, and build their college resume' by helping the homeless in their area.

  • The  West Chester Food Cupboard provides a variety of quality food to support a balanced and healthy diet and recently revised the income guidelines regarding who is eligible for assistance. Eligible families can come once a month and receive about two weeks of groceries free of charge, and stop by the Express Store on Monday and Friday for additional food. The Baptist Church will help if you need transportation.
