| The West Chester Area School District ensures equal academic exposure, opportunities, and expectations for all children as they enter the middle school and high school years. | |
The K-12 years are important growing and learning years for children. They are the formal process of education, but it is important to remember that you and your child started the educational process long before the first day of school.
The WCASD curriculums are prepared by district staff and are based on state and national standard program of studies. While each school has its individual personality, the uniform curriculum ensures equal academic exposure, opportunities, and expectations for all children as they progress through their school years.
Please click on a link in the menu to the left to learn more about each individual area of learning. We hope this information will be only the beginning of your knowledge about West Chester Area School District schools. Our professional staff is justifiably proud of the quality of education provided. We know, however, the highest educational quality exists in schools where parents are involved. Your participation has positive effects on parent-teacher relationships and student achievement.
We in the West Chester Area School District welcome your involvement. We need your support for those things we do well and your constructive challenge when we need to improve. Together we can provide the highest quality education for all children.
