Computer Equipment Standards

 

Below is a list of the West Chester Area School District Computer Equipment Recommendation Standards as approved by the Technology Department. Each product has been reviewed to ensure that we can support it and that it is compatible with our configuration.

Standardization is the key for efficient support. When equipment is standardized, the Technology staff is familiar with specific hardware leading to our ability to diagnose and resolve issues faster. It also allows our staff to work with you and the vendor in a timely manner to solve any issues. Therefore, any products you purchase for your building and/or your department must be part of the recommended product list.
